But who is Jesus Christ? He is the son of God who came to this world to die for our sins.He was beaten mercilessly before he was crucified on the cross of Calvary so that you and i might be saved.He gave up his life so we might have eternal life in heaven,thats why he died on the cross.
Back to the question,why do we need Jesus Christ? We need Jesus Christ so we can abstain from sin and live a holy life because Jesus Christ said in the bible that be ye holy for I'm holy.So without being holy,Jesus Christ can't dwell in you even if you serve him and if that happens,you are bound to see a lot of temptations and attack.
We also need Jesus Christ because He's our provider. When Jesus Christ is in your life,then everything will seems to work out fine for you,you will no longer seek for people's favour or help because the lord has made it clear he is your provider.Because he said so,he will definitely do it but if only you serve and draw close to him,thats only when he can provide all your necessary needs.David also made it clear in the bible that since he was young and now he is getting old, he has never seen the righteous forsaken nor thy seed begging for bread outside.This is to actually let you know
that Jesus Christ always keeps to his promise if only you are with him today.
Have you ever seen anyone on earth who is so faithful to his wife, kids or family? None but except Jesus Christ.He is the only faithful one, he only keeps to his word and he never fails when you need him the most but all this he can actually do if you draw close to him.
Have you ever felt love so real and pure? If no, then Jesus Christ is who you need today. Jesus Christ is love, with Jesus in your life,you can get lost in his love, you don't even need anybody to tell you because he will definitely care for you to the extent people will beginning to ask whats the secret to your everyday smiling, good life and improved health.
We need Jesus Christ because there's lot of satanic and demonic attack going on in the world and only Jesus Christ can save you from that.There are also different people ready to devour and destroy your life,but only Jesus can save you from them and these set of people are whom we refer to as enemy.Many are not happy seeing you progress or becoming something in life but with Jesus,none if them can harm you.
We also need Jesus because he's the only friend that you can share all your problems with and get hope he might actually solve them. He's also the only friend that knows all your secrets both old and new but doesn't get to share it with another person. Jesus Christ is such a good friend.He also never lies like the way your other friends do.
The major reason above all why we need Jesus Christ is because he's the only one that can save your soul and grant you eternal life after you die.He said so in the bible that he's the truth and the life, no one goeth to the father except through him. He is our Saviour and so also our salvation.
Don't live a life of sin today but be holy and draw close to Jesus so you might be safe and have hope of gaining eternal life.
